In response to this we've created a custom support plan for Enterprise customers who expect fast response times.

All Enterprise customers receive access to their own Slack Channel on the Tebex Enterprise Slack account, and you are welcome to invite as many of your own staff members to this as you wish. All the Tebex team is on the Slack channel too and it ensures you have direct communication lines when you need it.
